Increasing number of demand for aluminium sheet from vehicle industry, so it needs basic material too to make aluminium sheet. Many aluminium waste can used to supply market needs by do a recycling process. In this research we do a research how the effect of rolling reduction toward geometry and hardness with material Al-Mg-Si Aluminium recycling. With variation the reduction 25%, 30%, and 35% from work object and rolling temperature 4000C. Result from this research show that the trend shape after rolling are curve, and the trend of increasing dimention are more to length axis than to width axis with a ratio for 25% reduction 1 : 0,23 and for 30% reduction 1 : 0,19. The thickness of work object that we got are 4,13 mm for 25% reduction and 3,63 mm for 30% reduction. From the hardness test we got that the hardness number are increasing from 16,2 HRB for 25% reduction to 22 HRB for 30% reduction and increase again to 24,8 HRB for 35% reduction. The increasing of hardness number because that is any refinement of microstructure in work object and increasing the reduction that the work object take it make the dislocation are increasing too so that make the hardness number from 25% reduction until 35% reduction increase
