Evaluation of traffic lights in Banjarmasin municipality should be done every year to find out whether the traffic lights are working properly or vice versa, so as not to cause congestion, traffic accidents and so forth. Reevaluating traffic lights located at S.Parman-Belitung intersection with S.Parman-Tarakan Street Banjarmasin Municipality of South Kalimantan was done order to find out the capacity of the road, cycle time, degree of saturation and coordination between the two intersections. The research method used was the method of observation, that is collecting required data directly in the field in the form of primary data. The tools needed in the research method were meter, blank forms and stationery. The data collection was done for two days in the intersection of S.Parman-Belitung with S.Parman¬ Tarakan. Research results at the road intersection of S.Parman-Belitung with S.Parman-Tarakan road Banjarmasin South Kalimantan show that the existing conditions are not effective anymore, it can be seen from the amount of saturation level average of each intersection arm that exceeded the ideal limit of <0.85, hence it is evident that there was congestions at the intersection. The cycle time on the existing conditions at the intersection of S.Parman-Belitung was 118 seconds and S, Parman-Tarakan intersection was 151 seconds. It shows that the time is exceptionally long and that re-setting of cycle time of the intersection of S.Parman-Belitung to be 100 seconds and the S. Parman- Tarakan intersection to be 100 seconds is required. With an average speed of 20 km / h from the S.Parman-Belitung intersection towards the S.Parman-Tarakan intersection, it is assured that the vehicles that have crossed the S.parman-Belitung intersection towards S.Parman-Tarakan intersection will not join the next queue at intersection of S.Parman-Tarakan.
