Abstract

Since the reforms took place in 1998, the nation and state of Indonesia experienced changes. These changes require the establishment of good governance, transparent, accountable, and able to answer the changing demands of effective community where people want a public service that is reliable and trustworthy. There are many number of public services provided by the government, among them the land transport licensing services. Although the number of outgoing and incoming vehicles and passengers passing through KM 6 to stretch the urban taxi, AKAP stretch, and stretch AKDP increased, the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Banjarmasin still running the licensing system by hand. Obviously this condition contrary to the spirit of the 1998 reform. Therefore, the authors propose a land transport system licensing information on Dishubkominfo Banjarmasin. The method used is the waterfall method. The results showed that the information system that meets the business process is built on land transport licensing.
