Although the number of outgoing and incoming vehicles and passengers passing through KM 6 to stretch the urban taxi, AKAP stretch, and stretch AKDP increased, the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information Banjarmasin still running the licensing system by hand. Obviously this condition contrary to the spirit of the 1998 reform. Therefore, the authors propose a land transport system licensing information on Dishubkominfo Banjarmasin.
